Description
Sea Otter is a fine example of the seemingly ubiquitous Bavaria brand. Built in 1998 and first commissioned in Holland in 2000 she has been maintained to a very high standard by the current owner, who after 12 years of ownership is very reluctantly due to medical issues offering her up for sale. Sea Otter is somewhat unique in as much as she sports two really large double aft cabins plus the generous fore cabin making a total of 3 double berths hence the model name of 36.3.
With furling genoa and in-mast reefing she is well equipped for off-shore sailing with a comprehensive inventory which means she is prepared for her next owner to sail over the horizons or, for the less ambitious, a cruise along the South's Jurassic Coast.
With the season upon us Sea Otter is an opportunity to purchase a Bavaria 36.3 in 'Sail Away' condition.

Brokers Comments
Sea Otter has been well maintained by her current owner who has replaced the rudder bearings in 2023 and also replaced the saildrive seals. The 2 x 140V domestic batteries were replaced in 2021 and a new starter battery fitted in 2024. The new sprayhood is currently on order to be fitted on arrival. She was antifouled and had the oil and filters replaced in April 2024 as part of her annual lift ashore.
This is a well cared for boat, ready to step aboard and enjoy.
