This beautiful barge has been used as a studio/workshop space on the London canals for the last three years. She is now being offered for sale and would make an ideal liveaboard.

The hull is in excellent condition and the interior has been tastefully fitted out, maintaining a simple aesthetic for a sustainable way of life.

There is work required to make her into a comfortable liveaboard, but represents a fantastic base on which to start.

She was recently re-engined, has both a solid fuel stove and diesel heater, plus a powerful solar system allowing easy off-grid living. The batteries were replaced two years ago and are in good condition.

She was last out of the water in 2022, when she was re-blacked and some minor over plating was done. A new BSS will be in place before sale.
