Self Adjusting Automatic Trim Tab System for boats.
These self adjusting trim tabs are fully automatic and require no awkward driver adjustments..... The complete kit can be installed in just a few minutes and benefits from being made from corrosion and rust free composite materials.
Once fitted the tabs constantly react to boat speed, wind and water conditions to provide a stable balanced ride to any boat. The trim tabs can also be adjusted to maximise each individual boats needs, with five tension settings simply switched in seconds.
The automatic trim tab system uses two heavy duty actuators to hold the trim tab plane in the desired location. As the boat accelerates the tabs are in the down position, keeping the bow down and forcing the boat onto the plane quicker. As the boat speed increases so does the water pressure against the trim tab forcing and holding the tab up against the actuator. With the tab now at constant pressure against the water it will self adjust as required keeping the boat level, stable, and improve handling!
